Uganda Country Capacity Building Program (UCCBP) |

As the implementing agency, NPA is coordinating the Uganda Country Capacity Building Program (UCCBP) since October 2007. The UCCBP is funded by African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) with a grant of US$ 4.5 million; GoU’s contribution of US$ 2.58 million and an expected multi-donor fund of US$ 5.82 million. The Program aims at strengthening planning systems, public expenditure management and accountability, and the institutional and human capacity of private sector and civil society in order to promote efficiency and effectiveness in the use of public resources for national development. NPA, in consultation with all stakeholders, will shape the policy and strategy for integrating capacity building to create more development impact.
